How do I hear about openings?
We are excited to announce we are now able to notify you of jobs by (Email & Text). This new technology allows our recruiters to reach out to everyone who is available and qualified for that particular job. This gives everyone the opportunity to give us a call back right away. 
Will I still hear about Jobs if I don’t use email or don’t have texting on my phone?
Yes. We always try to post job openings on our website. When some last minute openings come in, we do start calling through our list. Make sure your recruiter is aware of when you are available.
How much do I get paid?
DDS pays a competitive salary. Pay is determined based on experience level, travel, and current market.
Is your fee coming out of my pay?
No, we do not charge our employees for working.
When do I get paid?
We mail checks out on every Friday. Most of our employees receive there check on Monday or Tuesday depending upon where they are and how fast the post man delivers. 
How often can I work? 
There is never a guarantee of how much work will be available. As we expand our markets and our clientele more work will be available.
Is there a fee that I have to pay? 
There is no fee assessed for candidate registration.
Can I quit my job and work for you full time?
Candidates are at will to do as they please. DDS never recommends a dental professional to quit for temporary positions. We work hard to keep you busy, but never have a guarantee of on going assignments.
If I find a full time job can I still work for you on my days off?
Yes, we encourage our candidates to work on their days off for extra money.

Do you do Perm Placement?
Yes. This is a free service to our applicants. Our clients pay us a fee to find them good help.
You’re out of Ohio. How are you going to service us out of State?
Currently we are servicing dental practices in 25 states. We feel it is very important to build solid relationships with our applicants and the reference checking is very important with our out-of-state folks.
Do you interview your candidates?
All of our candidates are required to complete a 14-step hiring process. We do an initial phone screening with every applicant. We try to do a face-to-face interview when possible.
How do you check their credentials?
All applicants’ licensures are verified with the applicable state’s licensing agency. We also have our applicants send us paper copies of all their licenses. Our state-of-the-art software system notifies us of any upcoming license renewals.
What separates you from the other staffing companies?
One of the biggest distinguishing factors is that we want to maintain a personal touch and to be there for our clients and candidates. We offer 24 hour online service and someone is always is here to answer the phone Monday – Friday.
Why are you so expensive?
We are a Full Service staffing firm, not a resume pusher.  Our service includes a background check, longer guarantee than our competition, and we only work with quality candidates.  We are in the business of building relationships.
How do I hire someone that has been temping?
We offer a convert-to-hire program for all of our clients.  Our program is based on a specified amount of hours that the applicant must complete before they are eligible to roll over to our clients’ payroll without any fees attached.
Do you charge Sales tax
Yes, but only in states where sales tax is required by law.
